2. Payment Terms

  • Q: What payment methods do you offer?

    • A: We accept USD and RMB via:

      • T/T (Bank Transfer)

      • Western Union / MoneyGram

      • PayPal (for samples)

      • USDT (Crypto)

  • Q: How to apply for a refund?

    • A: Refunds are available if we cannot fulfill your order due to stock shortages. However, once the PI is confirmed and goods are ready for shipping, orders cannot be canceled.

3. After-Sales & Warranty

    • A: We provide a 1-Year Warranty on all tested products.

    • Note: Warranty is void if: (1) Man-made damage; (2) The product is not from Elecgadget (please check our stamp).

    • A: Orders are typically shipped within 1-3 days after payment confirmation. We will provide the tracking number the next day.

  • Q: Which shipping methods do you use?

    • A: We use top carriers like DHL, UPS, FedEx, and EMS to ensure fast delivery. For bulk orders, we also offer air and sea freight.

  • Q: Who is responsible for customs?

    • A: Elecgadget is responsible for customs clearance in China. Buyers are responsible for customs duties and clearance in their own country. We will assist you with the necessary documentation to make the process smooth.
